Public Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026 Β· Version: v1.7-2026-09-17
1.1. General Provisions
1.1.1. This document constitutes a Public Offer of xtender.ge and governs the terms of use for Contractors and Clients.
1.1.2. Terms are accepted by an explicit confirmation after reviewing them during registration or request publication. SMS login alone does not constitute acceptance of new terms.
1.1.3. Use of the Service is restricted to legally competent individuals aged 18 and older. By registering, the user confirms they are at least 18 years old.
1.1.4. An SMS code confirms access to a phone number. The service records the link between that confirmation, the displayed terms and the user action. Users must protect access to their phones and private links.
1.2. Service Status, Taxes, and Limitation of Liability
1.2.1. xtender.ge acts solely as an information technology platform and intermediary. It is not an employer, contractor, or tax agent.
1.2.2. Contractors bear sole responsibility for tax compliance under Georgian law.
1.2.3. Contractual and financial relations are established directly between Clients and Contractors.
1.2.4. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Service is not liable for:
- damage caused by the Contractor to the Client's or third parties' property (damage, loss, or breakage of cargo/items during transport or loading);
- substandard, incomplete, or late performance of work by the Contractor, or non-payment by the Client;
- temporary software malfunctions, server errors, or the authenticity of content posted by users;
- tort, vindication, or other civil claims arising from the contracting/service relationship between the Client and the Contractor β such claims may be brought solely against the direct party to the transaction (the Client or the Contractor), never against the Platform.
1.2.5. The Service reserves the right to block profiles for violations.
1.3. Paid Features, Internal Balance, and No-Refund Policy
1.3.1. The Service provides Contractors with paid IT services: automatic dispatch of lead notifications and contact access.
1.3.2. Balance Top-up: Contractors pre-fund their internal balance via electronic payments. The minimum top-up amount is 5 (five) GEL.
1.3.3. Automatic Deduction & Delivery Terms: The system automatically generates a notification and deducts funds from the Contractor's balance upon lead dispatch. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that:
- Deductions occur automatically regardless of whether the Contractor viewed the notification or was actively available;
- The Service does not feature a "Pause" function. Lead dispatch and balance deductions run continuously as long as funds are available;
- The Service does not guarantee lead relevance at the time of receipt. Fees are charged strictly for the fact of notification delivery and are non-refundable.
1.3.4. No-Refund Policy: By topping up the balance, the Contractor gives explicit prior consent to the immediate performance of the informational service (dispatch of the notification/lead). Under Georgian consumer protection law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to digital and informational services whose performance begins immediately with the consumer's consent β accordingly, the right to withdraw and to a refund for notifications already sent is waived from the moment of dispatch. The internal balance is not a bank deposit or e-wallet; it cannot be cashed out or transferred to bank cards. Remaining balances are forfeited upon profile deletion. Refunds are issued exclusively for technical errors (double charges) or complete Service shutdown.
1.3.5. Tariffs (the lead fee for each category and the contact-access fee) are published within the Service β in the Contractor's personal dashboard β and may change. The tariff in effect at the moment of deduction applies. Changes to tariffs do not require reissuing this Offer.
1.4. Personal Data & Rights
1.4.1. Governed by the Privacy Policy.
1.4.2. Contractors consent to the public display of their name, phone, and service descriptions.
1.4.3. Users may withdraw consent and request data erasure via support.
1.4.4. Only transactional/service SMS notifications are transmitted; no marketing campaigns are conducted.
1.5. Governing Law and Disputes
1.5.1. Governed by the laws of Georgia. Jurisdiction: courts at the Service's location.
1.6. Language Precedence
1.6.1. Drafted in Georgian, Russian, and English. In case of discrepancies, the Georgian version strictly prevails.

1.8. Platform role and keeping requests current
Xtender connects customers with independent providers. Xtender does not perform the work or guarantee its quality. Customers and providers agree directly on the price, scope and terms of work. This does not exclude Xtenderβs liability for its own breaches.
I accept the rules for receiving requests. A request may reach multiple providers; receiving it does not guarantee a job or income. Prices and charging rules are governed by the terms separately agreed with me.
Prices and payment rules individually agreed with a provider take precedence over general tariffs. Accepting the general platform terms does not itself establish acceptance of a specific individual price.
Found a provider or no longer need the service? Open your request using the SMS link and close it to stop new dispatches. Providers who already received your contact details may still contact you.
After reaching an agreement, ask the customer to close the request using their SMS link. The customer closes the request.
