2.1. General Provisions
2.1.1. Establishes rules for data processing on xtender.ge under the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection".
2.1.2. Registration and ticking the box constitute full consent.
2.2. Data Collected
- Phone number (for OTP and service alerts);
- Contractor profile data (name, photo, category, description, rates, geography);
- Technical data & JSON audit logs (IP, device type, timestamps);
- Cookies: Essential technical cookies are used for session management and authentication security.
- Visit statistics: Google Analytics runs on the public pages of the site (home, provider sign-up, help, terms, privacy policy). It sets its own cookies and receives information about the visit: page address, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and actions on the page (for example, "request submitted"). Phone numbers, request text and the addresses of request and account pages are not sent to Google. The data is used to count visits and measure advertising; ad personalisation features are switched off. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Advertising on Facebook and Instagram: the Meta Pixel runs on the same public pages. It sets its own cookie and receives information about the visit: page address, traffic source, device and browser type, IP address, and three actions on the site: "request submitted", "provider number opened" and "provider signed up". Phone numbers, request text and the addresses of request and account pages are not sent to Meta. Meta uses this information to measure Xtender advertising and to show it on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have already visited the site. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by changing the ad settings of your Facebook account.
2.3. Purposes and Public Display
2.3.1. Purposes: Service access, direct communication between parties, transactional alerts, and security.
2.3.2. Public Display: Contractor details are displayed publicly on the site. Data is never sold to third parties.
2.4. Security and Retention
2.4.1. Stored securely on encrypted servers using HTTPS and JSON audit logging.
2.5. User Rights (Right to Erasure)
Users may request data correction, withdrawal of consent, or complete deletion. Requests are processed within no more than 10 working days upon submission to support@xtender.ge.
2.6. Data Sharing
Data recipients: suitable providers receive the customer phone number and request details to contact the customer about that request; hosting, SMS and connected communication providers receive data necessary to operate the service; Google receives information about visits to the public pages of the site (Google Analytics, section 2.2); Meta receives information about visits to the public pages of the site (Meta Pixel, section 2.2); authorised public authorities receive data as required by law.

I consent to sharing my phone number and this request with suitable providers so they can contact me about this request. I agree to receive service SMS from Xtender about this request: a verification code, a request management link, status updates and an invitation to leave a review. This consent does not cover advertising SMS. I have read the Privacy Policy.
To withdraw consent to sharing your contact details, close the request. For data processing enquiries contact support@xtender.ge.
The accepted terms and their version, phone verification, date, technical information and request actions are recorded. Retention depends on the processing purpose, applicable obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Data must be deleted or anonymised when those grounds no longer apply. Closing a request stops new contact sharing for it, but does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or immediately delete evidence that must be retained.
